Today’s website is one that mixes high art with low sport. Football Poets is a website of, well, poems about football. Love it!

Nothing to do with football today, as anyone listening to the show while an England match is on is very unlikely to care about it 🙂 So, today’s website is an excellent resource for finding useful, interesting or amusing quotes … Continue reading

A vaguely football-related website today, this is an online Flash game that’s been set up to advertise a certain recruitment agency. It’s still pretty nifty, though, and rather addictive. Check out Binball Wizard at www.binballwizard.com.

I promised I’d try to avoid doing too many football-related websites during the World Cup. So, to start with, here’s one for the anti-cup brigade. The World Cup Widows Club is a site set up by a bunch of women … Continue reading

Today’s website du jour is the Mr Picasso Head site, at www.mrpicassohead.com. Just create your own portrait in the style of Picasso, and then save or print it. Cool!

I wonder what William Wordsworth would have made of today’s website. Continuing the weather theme, www.cloudappreciationsociety.org is a website dedicated to the glory of clouds worldwide. As their manifesto says, they are “fighting the banality of ‘blue-sky thinking’”. I love it!
